Bruce Cort

Bruce Cort, EA has been providing tax and accounting services, for over 30 years, focused on tax planning and compliance for businesses and individuals. Bruce has built a reputation as an expert in tax and business consulting for self-employed business owners and closely held corporations. His experience also includes working as a corporate controller.

Bruce enjoys working with both new entrepreneurs and seasoned business owners. From helping to establish the correct business entity to dealing with advanced tax issues. He understands the need to work with a client's other trusted advisors, to achieve the best financial solutions.

Bruce graduated from Bentley College with a Bachelor of Management and from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor of Accounting.

Originally from Rhode Island, Bruce moved to Maine after college. He and his wife Sandy raised their two sons in Windham and now live in Westbrook. Bruce's commitment to the community includes President - Windham Rotary Club; Chairperson - Casco Bay District Eagle Board, BSA; Treasurer - Learning Disabilities Association of Maine; Board Member - Maine Association of Professional Accountants and Supporter - Friends of the Presumpscot River.

Eythan Cort

Eythan Cort, CPA graduated from Bentley College with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accountancy. He has spent over 10 years working in the field of accounting including both public practice and private accounting. He has experience providing professional services which include accounting, auditing, business consulting, cost modeling, payroll, tax preparation and compliance, and tax planning strategies.

He is dedicated to helping clients make intelligent financial decisions while minimizing their income tax liability and enjoys working with a variety of clients including, professional service firms, closely-held businesses, and individuals. He believes that knowledge, attention to detail, and communication are the keys to helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Eythan grew up in Windham and after finishing Graduate School just outside Boston he decided to return to Maine and now lives in Gorham. When not in the office Eythan enjoys bicycling, boating, traveling, and experimenting with home brewing.
